As long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated with making things.  When I first learned to weave, I discovered that it incorporated my interest in fiber arts, my professional training in engineering, and my love of making useful things.  I’ve been absorbed by it ever since!

I weave primarily functional items – wearables like scarves and shawls; kitchen and tableware such as towels, placemats, and runners; and the occasional fluffy blanket.  I am often inspired by Scandinavian weaving traditions.
